Is my dog getting enough exercise?

What do you mean everytime i stand in front of his cage. Do you mean the poor dogs is caged most of day. That is cruel and i am not surprised you find him hard to handle. He is not get enough exercise 15-30 mins is not enough time he needs at least a hour two to three times a day. He is bound to pull on the lead as he has so much pent up energy. Dogs are a huge commiment and need trainning and exercise you are letting him down in both department.
