Is it possible to move your eyes like that?

I have seen that video and, kinda strange but, I suggest not for you to try that. I guess that person used to doing that, playing with his eyes and mind. Everyone minds is different. I don't know how he did that. Matter of fact, I have seen something similar to this before but, It was an old black a white video clip. I forgot it was a man or a woman that done that.
