How does a fourteen year old guy like me dress classy?

So I've decided that instead of wearing the usual teenager clothing brands, I'm going to set myself apart by wearing upscale GQ type clothing. I was hoping someone could help me out with this, specifically where to find clothes for my age, hopefully nothing over the 200 dollar price range (except for things like watches, chains), how to pull off the classy look, how to be classy, but mostly where to find the clothes. I know most of the brands that straight, fashonible guys like myself wear. I'm about 5 ft 8/ 8.5 inches tall. Thanks, and keep in mind your keeping the world classy.
