Being induced on Wednesday.. how can I induce labor!!!?

I am 3 cm and 90% effaced.. I am 38 weeks pregnant and because of the size of the baby they do not want me to go past 40 weeks, so they are inducing me Wednesday. I was induced with my daughter adn do not want to go down that road again.. What can I do to induce labor? I cleaned all day today, have tried nipple stimulation, warm bath, pressure points, bumpy roads and walked until my back killed.. HELP!
